I was taken back promptly (no long waiting) and before any treatment started, Elina was wonderful in educating me on not only the products but health factors in general. She was not pushy, but quite the opposite, and very gentle in her approach- literally and figuratively. We spent a lot of time talking about health factors and she also gave some helpful non invasive tips.
